So i am following on from @physio.akash discussion on the crossing of the legs.

By the end of this video, as you can see, I can cross my legs by lifting the pelvis higher.

If I was to coach/teach @gordon.ramsey.motivation at My #pilatesmanchester studio when he is next up North.

I guarantee that I would be able to assist him, too, like me, into some variation or regression of legs crossed.

There are many benefits of movement.

We all have different perspectives & opinions.

For me, I love all movement and am enjoying understanding the difference between classical & contemporary pilates, especially in the apparatus.

One size does not fit all, and we should always look at the body of the person.

What do they  need today?

While I love pilates, I would say that I am a movement therapist with an integrated approach as this is what my clients in general need.

My clients range from Joe blogs to professional athletes.
