Every new client must attend one of our starter packages before attending any other class on the timetable. Get ready to improve your core balance, stability, strength and alignment with our Speciality STOTT Pilates classes.

Private and Personal Training
Private Sessions will allow our instructors to focus on your individual needs by developing a program shaped purely for you. Instructors will do a thorough assessment of your posture, functioning and history and develop an individualized program of exercises working towards your goals and helping to restore balance and function in the body.

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Places are allocated on receipt of payment. Cheques are to be made payable to North west Pilates Centre LTD
Cancellation Policy
Class sessions and Private sessions are transferable once up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time and can be moved to an alternative time/date providing this is still within your usage time. Cancellations made shorter than 24 hours will be charged. Please be courteous to other members and kindly cancel a class you are not planning to attend to make room for others. This notification must be confirmed through our online system.
