One to One Pilates sessions are available by appointment. Private Pilates lessons are tailor made workouts based on the individual goals, needs and abilities. The modifications and variations for each exercise make STOTT PILATES a safe and effective workout for everyone - from elite athletes to sedentary clients to post rehabilitation clients from injuries.

We offer a private Pilates lessons starter package which gives an ideal introduction into STOTT PILATES. The one to one Pilates starter package is the perfect economical gift for family and friends who are seeking the benefits of one to one Pilates sessions.
The full value of the private Pilates lessons starter pack is £200, but we offer the package to clients for £175. This price covers five sixty minute private Pilates lessons which incorporate full postural analysis so that we can perfectly tailor the programme to your body.
"Having suffered from lower back pain for a number of years, I decided to be pro-active and enrolled on the 6 session introduction course at North West Pilates and Yoga Centre. The course was split between mat work / stretching sessions with Sue, and reformer sessions with Nisha. Although different, I feel that both approaches actually complemented each other. The one to one classes were very helpful in order to understand my individual needs and also allowed me to understand the movements better. I was initially concerned that the movements may actually cause me pain, but this has not been the case.
