Restorative – Backcare and Pilates for Pregnancy

Our classes for backcare and pregnant women is held at our pilates and yoga studio in St Helens.
These Backcare and Pilates for Pregnancy classes, different in intensity but similar in approach, are designed to give the weak and aching back what it desperately needs. We begin slowly, with a focus on improving perceptual skills, before proceeding to the core of the class: a systematic engaging with the back from every angle.

Attention is also paid to the neck, shoulders and hips this is a whole-body workout. Throughout, clients are urged to do as much as feels right, while learning to avoid the excess that can lead to injury. Regular attendance at our Backcare and Pilates Pregnancy Classes will give you a strong, healthy back, improved posture and body use, and greater ease in the neck and shoulders.
