Entrance Assessment for Beginner and Advanced Pilates and Yoga Clients

The most effective introduction for any beginner or advanced pilates client to STOTT PILATES® is through our one hour entrance assessment.
An entrance assessment is a private training session in which the trainer begins by doing a postural analysis in the opening ten to fifteen minutes. This permits the trainer to create a postural profile which allows future workouts at the Northwest Pilates and Yoga studio to be tailored to your characteristics.
The trainer will then take each client through a STOTT PILATES® workout that focuses on the basic principles and essential-level exercises. If you are new to pilates based exercises, the pace of this session may seem slow since we are just beginning to make you aware of deep core muscles. If you've had prior experience with Pilates exercise, your trainer will set a pace that matches your level of ability.
Following the workout, your trainer will discuss further training options with you which may include private sessions or group classes for both beginner and advanced pilates clients which can be tailoured to develop your own personal regime which will help you reac specific health and fitness goals.
The perfect follow up to this entrance assessment would be our five week starter package which is currently available for £175.
To book an entrance assessment simply call the studio anytime on 01744 751 115.
"I have been attending the North West Pilates and Yoga Centre for several years. The level of teaching is exceptional. You can be confident that you are being observed closely to ensure you are using the correct techniques safely. I have friends who use other Pilates classes in different areas - none of them compares to the quality of North West Pilates Centre. I can highly recommend this centre to everyone who wants to try pilates." - Client Alison Kennie
