Eileen Jackson
Eileen has a keen interest in fitness and has participated in various forms of exercise since the age of 18. She started doing JAG Popmobility at the age of 18 and soon became part of the display team touring the North West doing fitness displays. She soon found an interest in weight training, training regularly at a local gym in Warrington

.
Over the years Eileen became interested in various forms of exercise including, Aerobics, Boxercise, Circuit Training and Step to name but a few and did her Gym Instructors Course in 1998. She worked for various fitness companies in the evenings as a class assistant and stand in instructor teaching various classes over the years.
She took up Yoga in 2003 and soon became interested in the practice of Iyengar Yoga and went on to practice Yoga at the North West Yoga and Pilates Centre. Having practiced Yoga Fusion with Nisha Srivastava for 18 months Eileen took up the practice of Pilates on the V2 Max Reformer in 2009 and combined this with Yoga and running as her main focus of training.

In gaining the positive benefits of physical, mental and spiritual improvements from training in the various disciplines, and fortified by a second Yoga retreat in France in May 2011, Eileen made the decision to take the next step and train as an instructor, hoping to pass on the benefits she has experienced. Eileen enrolled on the STOTT Intermediate Mat Pilates course in September 2011 and intends to enrol on a Yoga Teachers course in 2012 with a view to teaching both disciplines as a career.
